1. A quick call to a loved one just to let them know you are thinking about them. 2. Straighten out you shoes in the closet. 3. Take all of those extraneous items out of your purse or wallet. 4. Think. Just sit and think about something you want to do this year or next. 5. Wash your hands. Sounds silly but it keeps the health odds in your favor.
